Our Story · Chapter II
Born in thehills of Kandy.
The Cookie Circle is a small home kitchen tucked into the hills near Kandy, where every cookie is shaped, folded, and finished by hand.
We prepare in small weekly batches the way our grandmothers did, slowly, generously, and with a clear point of view about ingredients. Butter chosen for its richness, cocoa for its depth, cashew toasted gently before it ever meets the dough.
Every cookie is baked to order with care, prepared every Friday for fresh saturday delivery, packed with quiet intention, because that's the only way we know how.
